Wand Synthesis AI Inc • Remote, Europe Timezone

Job Description
Build the Future Workforce
Wand turns AI into labor. It enables humans and AI agents to operate together as a unified, hybrid workforce, with comprehensive management and oversight. And it’s already operating at scale inside some of the world’s largest organizations.
Wand built the world’s first Agentic Labor Infrastructure enabling governments and global enterprises to create, manage, and scale digital workforces.
Our mission is to integrate agent ecosystems into the core of work and business, unlocking a generational leap in the global economy. We’re building the infrastructure that lets humans and AI agents operate together safely, transparently, and at scale.
Join Wand in leading the Agentic Shift
Wand is building a high-performing global team who take full ownership of what they build. We lead by example, move fast, make data-aware decisions, and continuously push for more- always with a focus on delivering real value to customers.
You would be joining a world-class team that combines deep research expertise and real-world product execution, with experience spanning Deepmind, Google, Amazon, Miro, Elise AI, IBM and Accern.
Position Summary
You own security and compliance as a core product capability across the entire platform.
You will enable enterprises to safely deploy agentic workforce at scale, by embedding guardrails and policy enforcement into the platform, productizing enterprise and regulatory requirements.
You will build the security foundation, including identity management, authentication, authorization and audit. It defines how actors (humans and agents) operate: what they can access, how their behaviour is monitored, audited, governed, and trusted in real environments of some of the largest enterprises and governments.
You will also define and build security products and agents on top of the platform, such as compliance officers, auditors, and CISOs.
You will also define and build an autonomous CISO layer — agents that automate large parts of security and compliance functions.
You will work closely with Engineering and Product leadership to shape foundational platform decisions, security of our production, as well as engage directly with customer security teams and CISOs to ensure Wand can operate in sensitive and regulated environments.
Responsibilities
Own product strategy and roadmap for Security and Compliance across Wand
Define and ship security and compliance capabilities for agentic AI systems
Design guardrails for agent behaviour, permissions, identity, and data access
Own identity, access control, auditability, and policy enforcement requirements
Partner closely with Engineering on system-level security and enforcement mechanisms
Translate enterprise security constraints into concrete product decisions
Engage directly with customer security teams and CISO-level stakeholders
Build monitoring, alerting, and enforcement mechanisms for agentic workflows
Define how agents can act, learn, and interact with sensitive systems
Own and evolve the “CISO agent” concept and its enforcement model
Ensure enterprise readiness for regulated environments from day one
Key Qualifications
Senior Product Manager or Product Lead experience in complex technical systems
Strong background in enterprise security or compliance-heavy platforms
Hands-on experience with AppSec, identity, access management or audit frameworks
Comfort working closely with engineers on technical design and tradeoffs
Familiarity with LLMs or AI systems and their security implications
Experience translating regulatory or security requirements into product features
Preferred Experience
Direct experience with LLM security, AI guardrailing or agent safety systems
Background in security-focused startups or platform companies
Experience working with or selling into CISO-led organizations
Exposure to regulated industries such as finance, healthcare or enterprise SaaS
Personal Characteristics
Product-first mindset with strong technical intuition
High ownership and bias toward action
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and unsolved problem spaces
Able to balance enterprise constraints with product velocity
Clear communicator with both engineers and senior enterprise stakeholders
