EZ Health helps older adults navigate a healthcare system that wasn't designed for them. Our clients face complex medical needs, insurance confusion, and real-world barriers like transportation, food insecurity, and access to the right providers. We cut through that on their behalf.

We're a small, fast-growing startup led by founders who previously helped scale a consumer healthcare company to over $3.4B in value. We're building something thoughtful, durable, and human—and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us.

THE ROLE

Health Guide Lead (Pod Navigator)

This is a player–coach role. You'll lead two pods of roughly 10 Health Guides each—supporting them on the trickiest client situations, coaching performance, and setting the standard for excellent work. You'll also carry your own client caseload (~30% of your time), so you stay close to the work and model what great looks like.

This is not a pure manager role. It's for someone who leads by doing—who earns credibility on the floor and builds it through consistency and care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

→ Lead, support, and motivate a group of ~20 Health Guides

→ Serve as first-line support for Guide questions and complex client situations

→ Model excellent Health Guide work with your own active client caseload

→ Review individual Guide metrics weekly and track pod-level performance

→ Clearly communicate expectations and where the company bar is

→ Identify performance gaps, review flag explanations, and escalate with context

→ Surface trends and patterns across pods to inform process improvements

→ Facilitate weekly pod touchpoints that build alignment and morale
