Job Description
Are you FIS?
Who are we?
We are a team of Operations Systems Analysts supporting the tools, systems, and processes that enable our global The People Office organization to operate efficiently and at scale. We work at the intersection of technology, operations, and compliance, ensuring that our platforms — including HR systems and AI‑enabled solutions — deliver real value to users across regions.
Our work is strongly focused on modernizing HR processes through automation, data insights, and intelligent tools. We partner closely with product teams, HR, legal, and external vendors to continuously improve our systems and ensure they are reliable, compliant, and intuitive.
We act as a bridge between business and technology, translating operational needs into scalable, future‑ready solutions that support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term digital transformation.
What motivates us?
We are motivated by building smarter, more efficient systems that genuinely improve the way people work. We thrive in an environment where technology — including AI and automation — is used to simplify complexity, enhance decision‑making, and unlock productivity.
We enjoy working on initiatives that combine system optimization, user experience, and innovation. Whether it’s improving workflows, enhancing knowledge management, or enabling AI‑driven tools, we take pride in delivering solutions that have measurable impact at global scale.
A strong TPO function ensures that systems are stable, processes are optimized, and users are empowered through modern tools — all of which directly contribute to efficiency, compliance, and business performance.
About the role:
As a TPO Technical/Operations Analyst II, you will support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems and processes within The People Office function. You will play a key role in enabling modern, AI‑supported HR platforms that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
You will act as a bridge between business and technology, translating operational needs into technical requirements, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring that tools and processes remain effective and scalable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and emerging technologies, and who wants to contribute to building innovative, globally used HR solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Own day‑to‑day support of HR platforms by managing and resolving system tickets and ensuring smooth user experience
- Contribute to system upgrades and enhancements — from gathering requirements, through testing (UAT), to rollout
- Drive innovation by supporting and implementing AI‑enabled tools, automation, and workflow improvements across TA processes
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (HR, Product, Tech, Vendors) to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
- Build and maintain knowledge content and documentation to support adoption and efficiency
What you will need:
- Experience in technical analysis, systems support, business process improvement, or related roles
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems or Customer Service systems (e.g. Workday, Service Now) and experience supporting or interacting with enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation solutions, or data‑driven systems is a strong advantage
- Understanding of testing processes, issue triage, and system support practices
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create clear technical and user‑focused materials
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify gaps, and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and support change in a fast‑paced, global environment
- Strong English communication skills
What we offer you
At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business. We offer:
- Opportunities to innovate in fintech and build next‑generation, AI‑enabled HR solutions
- Inclusive and diverse team culture
- Option to work fully remotely with all necessary equipment provided (laptop, monitors, accessories)
- Professional development via internal training platforms and LinkedIn Learning
- Competitive employment contract with benefits: private healthcare (also for family), life insurance, pension plan, lunch and sports card
- A work environment built on work‑life balance principles
