Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining web experiences within HubSpot and other CMS platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to implement custom modules, templates, and integrations that support marketing automation, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Mexico.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize responsive websites, templates, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web interfaces.
- Build reusable components and front-end modules using HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Work with HubSpot CRM to build workflows, automate marketing tasks, and integrate forms or data-driven components.
- Extend backend functionality using Node.js and build/consume RESTful APIs.
- Manage code versioning and collaboration using Git.
- Ensure all deliverables meet Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG) by testing with tools like Lighthouse, WAVE, and screen readers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across all devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to support ongoing digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Proven experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL templating language (strongly preferred).
- Solid frontend development skills: HTML5, CSS3, CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js or RoR for backend logic and API integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, data structures, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices.
- In-depth knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and ability to implement and test for compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
