Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to travelers, managing booking inquiries, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments.
- Represent major travel brands with professionalism, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle.
- Assist customers with complex travel arrangements and troubleshoot any issues arising during their journey.
- Effectively utilize travel reservation software to process payments, upgrades, and special requests for Hungarian-speaking clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions to ensure service quality and internal compliance.
- Collaborate with international teams to refine travel support workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and airline regulations to provide accurate and helpful guidance to our global clientele.
- Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Professional fluency in English to operate within our international corporate environment.
- Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
