Key Responsibilities

- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge updates to ensure the highest standard of service is maintained at all times.

- Native or fluent Icelandic language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — all Icelandic-speaking jobs we place require a high level of proficiency.
- Valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
- A solid command of English (B2 level or above) to communicate effectively within the international team environment.
- Previous experience in Customer Support Services, customer care, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous, though motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills are equally welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to engage, reassure, and resolve issues for customers.
