As we continue to scale rapidly, we’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Accountant to help strengthen the financial systems behind a fast-moving, global marketing organization.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Accountant who can help manage and support the financial operations of a growing performance marketing agency.
This role goes beyond basic bookkeeping, you’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, improving accounting workflows, and helping leadership maintain financial visibility across the business.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment where accuracy, ownership, and reliability are highly valued.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate financial records
Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
Maintain and organize financial data within QuickBooks
Track company expenses, invoices, and financial documentation
Support internal reporting and financial visibility for leadership
Ensure accuracy and consistency across accounting records and financial processes
Assist in improving accounting workflows and operational efficiency as the company scales
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Must have at least 2–3 years of experience working with US based clients or companies
Strong experience with QuickBooks (certification is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth company
