You will act as a key strategic finance partner to cross-functional leadership teams, driving forecasting, scenario modeling, and investment analysis for new and emerging markets. The position combines rigorous financial analysis with executive-level storytelling, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will own financial planning and performance tracking across international initiatives, ensuring clarity in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences global expansion decisions and capital allocation. You will collaborate closely with teams across strategy, operations, business development, and corporate functions in a flexible, fast-paced environment designed for impact.
• Accountabilities: Serve as the primary finance partner for international expansion initiatives, owning forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across global markets. Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, investment trade-offs, and strategic decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Business Development, Operations, Legal, and Corporate Development to evaluate new market opportunities. Analyze unit economics, market dynamics, and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers. Own monthly and quarterly actuals vs. forecast (AvF) processes, including variance analysis and executive-ready reporting. Translate financial insights into clear business narratives for senior leadership to support strategic decisions. Continuously refine forecasting methodologies and processes in response to evolving international market conditions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or other analytical finance roles in high-growth or public tech companies. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Experience presenting financial insights to executive-level stakeholders with strong communication and storytelling skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities. Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or consumer tech environments (preferred). Familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools (preferred). Interest in leveraging automation and AI tools to improve financial workflows (preferred). Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $147,000 to $185,500 USD depending on location.
