We are supporting a U.S.-based company looking for an IT System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Azure and SaaS platform administration to help optimize and support the organization’s internal technology ecosystem. Challenge We’re looking for an IT System Administrator who thrives at the intersection of technical support, SaaS platform management, and business application administration. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and user-focused — someone who can ensure seamless day-to-day operations while continuously improving the organization’s SaaS environment and authentication workflows. You’ll play a key role in managing platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and Azure-based SSO integrations, while collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize SaaS business applications and internal IT platforms. Implement and maintain Azure-based SSO integrations for SaaS applications. Administer and support platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and related enterprise tools. Support Active Directory / Entra environments and Group Policy configurations. Troubleshoot networking, systems, and user-access related issues. Manage ticket queues, escalation workflows, and support processes. Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform reliability, usability, and security. Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures. Act as a senior technical support resource for internal users and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of experience working with IT business or enterprise applications. Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong experience with: Microsoft Office 365 administration Azure SSO management Active Directory / Entra ID Group Policy Strong understanding of: Networking fundamentals System troubleshooting Ticketing systems and escalation protocols Familiarity with security applications, processes, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in a user-facing role with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to create clear documentation and communicate effectively across different audiences. English proficiency (written and verbal). Nice to Have Experience supporting distributed or remote-first organizations. Exposure to SaaS governance and identity/access management practices. Familiarity with automation or scripting for IT operations. Team & Environment Collaborative and fast-paced environment. Strong interaction with business and technical teams.
