  • A valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory requirement).
  • A genuine interest in or prior experience within the FinTech, banking, digital payments, or financial services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, customer support, or a client-facing role, preferably within a technology or financial services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex FinTech concepts clearly and confidently to customers of all technical backgrounds.
