Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inbound inquiries related to shipments, freight bookings, delivery tracking, and cargo status via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional information regarding shipping schedules, transit times, customs documentation requirements, and freight rate queries.
  • Assist Italian-speaking clients with the end-to-end management of their shipping orders, including booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations in line with company procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues related to delayed, damaged, or missing shipments, escalating complex cases to the appropriate freight operations team when necessary.
