- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills in English for professional internal collaboration.

- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within our prestigious programs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in customer service or a technical support background is highly preferred.
