Key Responsibilities

- Act as a primary point of contact for the Italian market, delivering expert advice in Italian-speaking jobs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to security software installations, updates, and endpoint management.
- Collaborate with global security teams to report incidents and escalate complex technical concerns appropriately.
- Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive protection strategies to our users.
- Ensure compliance with international data security regulations while maintaining premium service quality standards.
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
- A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and a desire to build a career in digital defense.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security terminology into actionable advice.
- Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive in a high-tech, service-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work in Athens, as this is an on-site position.
