Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding player support to Italian-speaking gaming and esports communities via live chat, email, and ticketing platforms, ensuring swift and satisfying resolutions.
  • Assist players with account management queries, including login issues, subscription management, in-game purchases, and platform access across PC, console, and mobile environments.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to gameplay, connectivity, software bugs, and hardware compatibility, escalating complex cases to specialist teams when necessary.
  • Monitor and moderate player interactions and in-game behaviour in accordance with community guidelines and terms of service to maintain a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.
  • Provide detailed, accurate information regarding game updates, patches, esports events, tournaments, and promotional campaigns to keep players informed and engaged.
  • Log all player interactions thoroughly within the CRM system, maintaining precise records to support quality assurance and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including QA, game developers, and community managers to relay player feedback and contribute to a better overall gaming experience.
  • Uphold and represent the brand values of the client at all times, ensuring every Italian-speaking player feels heard, valued, and supported.

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills — both spoken and written — are essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for all applicants).
  • A genuine passion for gaming, esports, or digital entertainment, with a solid understanding of gaming culture, platforms, and player expectations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically and professionally with players in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in English at a functional working level to communicate with international colleagues and access internal documentation.
  • Previous experience in customer support, player support, or a related service role within the gaming, tech, or digital entertainment sector is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, on-site team environment in Sofia, Bulgaria, with flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
