This role is a high-impact commercial position focused on driving new business growth and expanding market presence across targeted customer segments. The Key Account Manager acts as a true hunter, actively identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects into long-term clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiation and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires strong strategic thinking to develop and execute growth plans that generate incremental revenue and market share. It is a highly autonomous, field-oriented position that combines relationship building, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will operate in a dynamic environment where initiative, persistence, and customer focus are key drivers of success.
  • Accountabilities: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and market engagement. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and successful onboarding, ensuring accurate CRM documentation throughout. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at driving incremental volume, revenue growth, and long-term account development. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and new customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and alignment between sales, operations, and service functions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a motivated, resilient, and solution-oriented approach. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial account management roles. Strong “hunter” mindset with demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth. Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in competitive or technical markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach. Technical knowledge of filtration applications or related industrial sectors is considered a strong advantage.
