Job Summary
We are recruiting for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy services to clients in Florida. This role is centered on practical, consistent mental health care. You will speak with clients through virtual sessions, assess what they are experiencing, and guide them through treatment plans that support progress over time.
This position offers the structure of a full-time clinical role while allowing you to provide care remotely. It is a strong fit for an LCSW who is organized, clinically confident, and comfortable supporting clients through a secure virtual care platform.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote psychotherapy services to clients through telehealth appointments
- Conduct clinical interviews and gather background information during intake
- Identify client needs, symptoms, goals, and barriers to progress
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic support for emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
- Complete notes, assessments, and required documentation on time
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout care
- Follow all privacy, ethics, and telehealth practice standards
- Help connect clients with additional resources when clinically necessary
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment
- Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care
- Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred
