Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Kentucky
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a growing telehealth team serving clients across Kentucky. In this role, you will provide therapy, evaluate client needs, support treatment goals, and help individuals make progress through consistent virtual care. This is a practical, client-facing role for someone who values solid clinical work and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote therapy services through scheduled video sessions
- Assess emotional, behavioral, and social needs of clients
- Build treatment plans that reflect clinical findings and client goals
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation for every encounter
- Review client progress and make treatment updates as needed
- Offer clinical support for a range of behavioral health concerns
- Follow risk assessment and crisis intervention procedures
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in North Carolina
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
