Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Location: Massachusetts
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services in a remote setting. In this role, you will work with clients who may be dealing with stress, mood concerns, trauma, grief, relationship issues, or major life changes. Your daily work will include listening closely, identifying client needs, helping clients develop realistic strategies, and documenting progress clearly. This is a full-time telehealth role with a consistent weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients in Massachusetts
- Assess client needs, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals
- Develop treatment plans based on each client’s clinical presentation
- Use appropriate therapeutic methods to support client progress
- Maintain accurate records in an electronic health system
- Active Massachusetts LICSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience working with adults, families, or diverse client populations
- Ability to provide telehealth services professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
