Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Tennessee
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with comprehensive benefits
Job Summary
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship difficulties, family conflict, communication problems, emotional stress, and major life changes. The role focuses on helping clients understand the issues affecting their relationships and develop healthier ways to communicate, respond, and move forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Address concerns involving relationships, communication, conflict, and family dynamics
- Identify treatment goals based on the concerns discussed in therapy
- Work with family members and other professionals when their involvement is appropriate
- Maintain complete and confidential clinical records
- Review client needs throughout the course of treatment
- Provide input during case discussions and clinical consultation
- Follow Tennessee LMFT licensing and professional standards
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in Tennessee.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trust and meaningful connections with clients.
- Proven expertise in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
