Join Us as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time | Location: North Carolina (Remote) | Salary: $115,000 - $120,000/year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, remote therapeutic services. In this full-time role, you will be providing therapy to clients through telehealth platforms while helping them make lasting changes in their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Offer therapy to individuals and families via video conferencing.
- Assess client needs and create customized treatment strategies.
- Build therapeutic relationships to foster long-term healing.
- Document client sessions and progress notes securely.
- Engage in ongoing professional development.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in North Carolina.
- 2+ years of experience in therapy (remote experience a plus).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
