Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Delaware
Work Arrangement: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
Join a remote clinical team serving clients throughout Delaware. As an LMFT, you’ll help individuals, couples, and families work through relationship conflict, communication concerns, emotional distress, and significant life changes.
Your day will center on scheduled therapy sessions, clinical decision-making, and keeping care plans and records current. The role offers a steady weekday schedule and the ability to practice from a remote setting.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead video-based counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Identify patterns affecting relationships, communication, and emotional well-being
- Set practical therapeutic goals with each client
- Select interventions that align with the client’s needs and presenting concerns
- Revisit goals regularly and make changes based on progress
- Record session details and clinical updates within required timelines
- Respond appropriately to safety concerns and higher-risk situations
- Practice in accordance with Delaware professional, privacy, and telehealth standards
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in Delaware
- Experience working with relationship-focused treatment models
- Ability to manage a full-time virtual caseload
