Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Full-Time | Remote | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
We are hiring an LMHC licensed in Massachusetts to provide remote counseling to adults. You will work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes. The role is centered on direct client work. You will manage scheduled sessions, follow each case from intake through ongoing care, and keep documentation current as treatment continues.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions with adult clients
- Complete intake interviews and review relevant background information
- Identify the main concerns to address in therapy
- Guide sessions based on the needs of each client
- Keep progress notes and clinical records up to date
- Revisit treatment goals when circumstances change
- Follow Massachusetts licensing, privacy, and professional requirements
- Active LMHC license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Clinical experience in outpatient or virtual settings
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient with electronic health records
