Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) | Remote / Telehealth
Location: Louisiana
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re hiring Louisiana-licensed LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCs for a full-time telehealth position. You’ll provide outpatient therapy to clients from a remote setting, helping them address mental health concerns, relationship challenges, life changes, and other issues affecting their day-to-day well-being.
Your work will include assessing client needs, providing ongoing therapy, monitoring progress, and keeping clinical records current. This role is a good fit for a clinician who works well independently and values a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy appointments through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake evaluations and assess clients’ clinical needs
- Establish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plans
- Monitor symptoms, progress, and response to treatment over time
- Update treatment approaches when client needs or circumstances change
- Maintain timely and accurate notes in the electronic health record
- Identify safety concerns and follow established crisis and reporting procedures
- Uphold confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and Louisiana licensing requirements
- Active Louisiana license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in an outpatient setting
- Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic documentation
- Reliable internet connection and private home office setup
