Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) | Wyoming Telehealth Opening
Full-Time Remote Position | $115,000–$120,000/year + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
A remote therapy opportunity is available for a licensed mental health professional who wants a consistent schedule and the ability to provide care from home.
In this position, you will work with Wyoming clients through virtual appointments, helping them manage mental health concerns, improve coping strategies, and work through challenges affecting their personal and professional lives. The role allows you to stay focused on therapy while working within a structured weekday schedule.
What You’ll Handle
- Lead individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Support clients dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and relationship challenges
- Review client history, needs, and treatment goals
- Create therapy plans that align with each client’s progress
- Maintain clear clinical records and session documentation
- Recognize when additional resources, referrals, or support may be appropriate
- Active Wyoming license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Prior experience providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy
- Ability to manage a virtual caseload independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to clinical documentation
