Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Location: Tennessee
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re hiring licensed therapists in Tennessee to provide virtual mental health care to adults. As an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, you’ll work with clients facing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and other challenges that may be affecting their daily lives. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, understand what each client needs, and help them work toward practical goals at a pace that makes sense for them. This is a full-time remote role with a steady weekday schedule and a clear focus on quality client care.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through secure virtual therapy sessions
  • Get to know each client’s concerns, background, and treatment needs
  • Work with clients to set realistic goals for therapy
  • Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s needs
  • Check in on progress and make changes to treatment when needed
  • Keep clinical notes and records clear, accurate, and up to date
  • Maintain client privacy and follow Tennessee licensing and professional standards

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Active Tennessee LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
  • Previous experience providing therapy or mental health services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
