Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed mental health therapists in New Mexico who want to do meaningful clinical work from a remote setting. As an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC, you’ll meet with clients virtually and help them work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.
Your focus will be on understanding each client’s needs, providing thoughtful therapy, and helping them move toward realistic treatment goals. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule and is a good fit for a clinician who values strong client relationships, sound clinical judgment, and dependable care.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through secure virtual therapy sessions
- Complete assessments to better understand each client’s concerns, history, and goals
- Create treatment plans that reflect individual needs and priorities
- Use appropriate therapeutic approaches to support progress over time
- Check in on treatment goals and make adjustments when needed
- Keep progress notes and other clinical records accurate and up to date
- Respond appropriately to safety or risk concerns that may arise during care
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow New Mexico licensing, ethical, and professional standards
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active New Mexico LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing individual therapy and developing treatment plans
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing services through a telehealth platform
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining professional standards
