Virtual Mental Health Therapist – LPC/LMFT/LICSW
Location: West Virginia
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Position Overview
We are hiring licensed mental health professionals in West Virginia for a full-time telehealth position. This role involves providing ongoing therapy to clients with a range of behavioral health needs while managing the clinical responsibilities associated with each case.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial evaluations and review relevant client history
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Establish treatment goals based on clinical findings and client needs
- Manage ongoing cases and review changes throughout treatment
- Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation
- Refer clients for additional services when a different level of care is needed
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with West Virginia licensing and professional standards
- Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings
- Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively
- Organized, responsive, and clinically focused
