Location: California
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

Job Summary

We’re hiring a California-licensed LPCC to provide virtual counseling services to clients across the state. In this role, you’ll support individuals working through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while providing consistent care through a secure telehealth platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients throughout California
  • Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical documentation
  • Support clients with emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life adjustment concerns
  • Use evidence-informed counseling approaches based on client needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow professional, ethical, and telehealth standards
  • Provide consistent communication and a supportive therapeutic experience for clients

  • Must hold an active California license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care in a telehealth / remote setting
  • Strong clinical judgment and client-centered communication skills
  • Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency
