Provide accurate information on medical services, appointments, and billing
Manage multiple chat conversations at once while maintaining quality
Log and document all interactions in our support system
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team
Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
1+ year of live chat or online customer service experience
Strong written communication and grammar skills
Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Healthcare or medical background is a plus but not required
