- This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager of Partner Development in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, partnership development, and mission-driven impact in the education sector. You will be responsible for expanding adoption of evidence-based professional learning and development programs across PK–5 school districts, helping strengthen educator effectiveness and student outcomes. Operating in a consultative, relationship-driven environment, you will work closely with district leaders and school administrators to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. The role requires both strategic territory growth and hands-on relationship management to deepen engagement with existing partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experiences from acquisition through implementation. This is a high-impact position combining education, sales strategy, and long-term partnership development in a remote-first setting.
- Accountabilities Develop and execute territory strategies to expand partnerships with PK–5 school districts and educational organizations Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational growth objectives Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with district leaders, school administrators, and key education stakeholders Conduct needs assessments to deliver tailored solutions that support partner success and long-term engagement Manage and grow existing accounts through strategic touchpoints, relationship building, and expanded service offerings Lead presentations, product demonstrations, and high-impact meetings to showcase solutions effectively Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation to support sales performance tracking Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner journeys Stay informed on education sector trends, funding cycles, and competitive dynamics to refine strategy and positioning Requirements 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience with a strong customer-centric approach Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in complex, multi-decision-maker environments Experience working with K–12 schools, school districts, or education-focused organizations is strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of education funding cycles, procurement processes, or grant-based purchasing is a plus Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% as required within the assigned territory Strong collaboration mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners Benefits Base salary of $100,000 USD plus variable compensation plan Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays Fully remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on social-emotional learning and education impact Collaborative and equity-centered culture focused on meaningful outcomes in education Professional growth opportunities within a growing partner development function
