Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Media Buyer with strong experience in performance marketing and marketing automation tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and n8n.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok while building automated workflows that improve lead handling, tracking, and conversion efficiency.
This is an ideal role for someone who understands both media buying strategy and marketing systems automation, and can bridge the gap between traffic generation and conversion optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Build and manage automated marketing workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and n8n
- Improve lead tracking, attribution, and funnel performance through automation systems
- Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Develop and test landing pages, funnels, and conversion strategies
- Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead flow and follow-up automation
- Implement A/B testing strategies across ads, funnels, and creatives
- Manage budget allocation across multiple campaigns and channels
- Identify scaling opportunities and reduce wasted ad spend through data-driven insights
- 2–5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and/or n8n for automation workflows
- Solid understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and CRM integration
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and KPIs
- Experience with lead generation campaigns (B2C or B2B)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on optimisation and scaling
- Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, native ads, or affiliate marketing campaigns
