We are looking for a Medical Front Desk Receptionist to become the first point of contact for a busy and growing plastic surgery practice in the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique cosmetic surgery clinic where delivering an exceptional patient experience is the top priority. The Role As the first voice patients hear, you'll be responsible for ensuring every call is answered professionally and every patient receives outstanding service. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for patients contacting the practice. Key Responsibilities ● Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally. ● Ensure patients receive a warm, friendly, and personalised experience. ● Handle patient enquiries and direct calls appropriately. ● Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy. ● Accurately record and communicate patient information. ● Learn and use the practice's internal software (full training provided).
• What We're Looking For: ● Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, call handling or customer service role. ● Experience within a medical, healthcare, dental, cosmetic or similar patient-facing environment is highly desirable. ● Excellent spoken and written English. ● Neutral or minimal accent with clear communication skills. ● Friendly, compassionate and confident telephone manner. ● Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. ● Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems. ● Professional, reliable and organised.

• $1,100 - $1,400 a month Hours: Full-Time | EST Hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
