MuleSoft Integration Architect (Lead) - (LATAM CANDIDATES ONLY)

We are currently looking for a MuleSoft Integration Architect (Lead), to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Define integration architecture, standards, and best practices across projects and teams. Design API-led connectivity solutions, including System, Process, and Experience APIs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration developers and engineers. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define integration strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of APIs and integrations. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of integration solutions. Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce governance policies. Manage and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges. Maintain architecture documentation, including solution designs, standards, and guidelines. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in integration and middleware technologies, with strong expertise in MuleSoft. Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Deep understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and data formats such as JSON and XML. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration architectures. Strong knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS) and API governance. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments. MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly preferred. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
