- Consistently meet performance KPIs and quality standards to ensure service excellence.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for these Dutch-speaking jobs.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer experience.
- Professionalism and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the energy sector or customer service is considered an advantage.
