Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate social media content to ensure compliance with community standards and safety guidelines.
- Analyze complex reports to identify and mitigate risks related to online safety and digital security.

- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professional judgment.
- Provide high-quality support in Norwegian to users navigating the social media ecosystem.

- Ensure all operational tasks meet defined performance and quality targets.
- Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in content moderation or social media administration is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital safety and policy enforcement.
- Passion for maintaining digital integrity and fostering safer online communities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, on-site environment in Sofia.
