Responsibilities
  • Lead Onboarding / Offboarding activities including managing user entry and exit workflows
  • Maintain checklists, documentation, and process consistency
  • Administer access rights by processing access requests
  • Maintain role-based access records and support access audits and evidence preparation
  • Collect, collate, and maintain required documentation as part of VDD and audit support
  • Prepare materials for recurring audits and compliance reviews
  • Provide Jira & Confluence oversight by conducting quality checks
  • Update documentation, SOPs, and Confluence pages and ensure organization, alignment, and version control
  • Support 508 compliance by reviewing and remediating user‑facing documentation for accessibility standards
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. (or commensurate experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, onboarding, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experienced in Configuration Management
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with migration support, modernization efforts and platform enhancements
  • Experience in healthcare, finance, government, or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
Clearance Required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust
