Hunt St • Philippines

Job Description
Looking for Philippines-based candidates
Job Role: Partner Success Coordinator
Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our company is a market leader in digital loyalty solutions and kiosk platforms for the gaming industry, helping gaming venues create more engaging customer experiences while improving operational efficiency and loyalty outcomes.
Our success is built on more than technology. We believe the strongest partnerships come from understanding our customers, communicating clearly, and delivering solutions that genuinely make a difference to their businesses. From digital loyalty and customer engagement through to innovative kiosk platforms, we combine industry expertise with practical technology to solve real-world challenges.
We work closely with our customers to understand their goals, respond to their evolving needs, and continuously improve the solutions we deliver. Our focus is simple: build trusted relationships, provide exceptional service, and consistently deliver outcomes that help our partners succeed.
We’re proud to be a technology partner that customers can rely on — combining innovation, industry knowledge and a people-first approach to help shape the future of gaming.
Role Overview: The Partner Success Coordinator supports the company’s Client Success team in delivering an exceptional experience for key customers.
This is not a traditional administration role. It is a customer-focused position for someone who communicates exceptionally well, takes ownership, manages multiple priorities and ensures commitments are followed through.
Working closely with Client Success Managers, you’ll coordinate customer communications, campaigns and deliverables, ensuring partners feel informed, supported and valued.
The goal: help our Client Success Managers build strong relationships and help our partners achieve greater success with our company
Key Responsibilities:
Partner & Relationship Support
- Work in partnership with the Client Success Manager to deliver a seamless and highly responsive experience for assigned customers.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and become a trusted and dependable point of support.
- Understand each partner's business, priorities, promotions, objectives and key deliverables.
- Ensure customer questions, requests and commitments are followed through to completion.
- Communicate proactively with customers rather than waiting for problems or requests to arise.
- Help customers feel informed, valued and confident that we understand their business.
- Identify opportunities where we can provide additional value or improve the customer's experience.
- Support the Client Success Manager in strengthening customer retention, engagement and account growth.
Seamless Execution
- Coordinate customer promotions, campaigns, activations and other agreed initiatives from planning through to completion.
- Maintain clear visibility of responsibilities, deadlines and deliverables across every customer account.
- Follow up internal teams and stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign and promotion activity and identify issues before they become customer problems.
- Take ownership of outstanding actions and drive them through to completion.
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Customer Communication
- Prepare professional, accurate and engaging customer communications on behalf of or in partnership with the Client Success Manager.
- Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and ensure all relevant information is prepared beforehand.
- Attend meetings where required, capture decisions and actions, and distribute clear meeting notes promptly.
- Follow up agreed actions and ensure both internal and customer commitments remain on track.
- Communicate delays, risks or issues early and professionally.
- Adapt your communication style to different stakeholders and build rapport with people at all levels.
Reporting & Customer Insights
- Prepare customer reports, performance summaries, presentations and supporting documentation to a consistently high standard.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly reporting, including promotions, activations, campaigns and bonus activity.
- Review information critically rather than simply distributing reports.
- Identify anomalies, missed opportunities, potential problems or performance trends and raise them with the Client Success Manager.
- Help translate data and activity into meaningful conversations that support better customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, actions and account information.
Success Manager Partnership
- Operate as the Client Success Manager's trusted execution partner.
- Maintain visibility across priorities, upcoming commitments, customer actions and deadlines.
- Anticipate what the Success Manager will need rather than relying on constant direction.
- Prepare meetings, reports, customer communications and follow-up activity so the Success Manager can focus on strategic relationships and account growth.
- Challenge, clarify and escalate where required to protect the customer experience.
- Create structure around busy customer accounts and ensure agreed priorities continue moving forward.
Continuous Improvement
- Look for ways to make our customer experience faster, simpler and more consistent.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements rather than repeatedly treating symptoms.
- Improve processes, templates, reporting and workflows that help the Client Success team perform at a higher level.
- Use systems such as Monday.com, Trello, Dropbox, Microsoft Office and other business platforms to maintain strong operational discipline.
- Contribute ideas that help the company become easier to work with and more valuable to our customers.
- 5+ years' experience in customer success, account coordination, relationship management, administration, operations or client services.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and building relationships with customers or business partners.
- Able to work independently while taking great pride in the quality of work outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong task, workflow and deadline management capability.
- Experience preparing professional customer communications, reports and presentations.
- Confidence working with data, reports and performance information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using project or task management platforms such as Monday.com or Trello.
- The ability to work across multiple internal teams to coordinate customer outcomes.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage sensitive or commercially confidential information appropriately.
- Experience within gaming, hospitality, loyalty, technology or SaaS environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
