Your Impact As a People Experience Generalist based in Casablanca, you will be at the forefront of shaping a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment across multiple regions. In this highly collaborative role, you will manage regional HR processes, support employee relations, oversee localized office operations, and ensure our team members feel valued and engaged throughout their hybrid or remote journeys. Your contributions will directly impact our workplace experience Net Promoter Score (NPS) and regional operational alignment, serving as a critical pillar of support for our growing team and regional leaders while paving your path toward future growth into specialized HR functions within a fast-scaling SaaS unicorn. This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Casablanca office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
  • What you will do: Balance and execute day-to-day HR administrative workflows, including onboarding new hires, coordinating offboarding, tracking regional payroll compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records within our HRIS (Hibob). Monitor, track, and resolve incoming HR, payroll, and workplace inquiries via Jira and Slack, ensuring a high level of support and maintaining a resolution standard of under three days for pending issues. Lead and manage the physical Casablanca workplace environment, overseeing local office management, janitorial services, and team-building activities to foster an engaging community atmosphere. Partner with the Talent Acquisition, Rewards & Payroll, and Legal teams to coordinate regional contract generation, evaluate competitive benefits providers, and support complex HR issues or local compliance requirements. Spearhead regional employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, organizing workshops and cultural events that celebrate the diverse backgrounds of our team members. Gather, analyze, and report on key HR metrics, such as local retention trends and workplace satisfaction scores, to proactively propose process enhancements to the People Experience leadership team.
  • What you will bring: 3–5 years of experience in human resources, people operations, or a closely related field, preferably within a global, fast-paced B2B tech or SaaS environment. Proven track record of managing localized HR processes—such as regional onboarding, employee communication, and vendor management—while working across multiple cultures and regions. Meticulous attention to detail and data integrity, with hands-on experience utilizing modern HRIS platforms (experience with Hibob is highly preferred). Strong technical proficiency in collaborative toolsets, including Google Suite, Slack, and ticket management systems like Jira or equivalent software. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, navigate ambiguity, and convey information clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, enabling effective prioritization of multiple ongoing projects and day-to-day requests simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent work experience (a university degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus).
