Job Description

About the Role

Schneider Innovations is a fast-growing U.S.-based brand group and Amazon category leader in medical consumables, personal safety equipment, and healthcare products. We operate a multi-brand portfolio serving both consumer and institutional buyers across North America and Europe through eCommerce and B2B channels.

We’re hiring a Pipeline Operations Associate to own the front half of our B2B pipeline — from identifying accounts to qualifying and preparing them for Sales.

This is not just a filtering role. You’ll source, evaluate, and shape opportunities so Sales can act immediately without rework.

Core Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Source accounts using LinkedIn, Apollo, and web research (quality > volume)
  • Qualify leads based on company fit, relevance, and sales readiness
  • Identify real decision-makers and validate key contact info
  • Verify data across multiple sources (light outreach when needed, no pitching)
  • Prepare leads for Sales with clear context and rationale
  • Maintain clean CRM records (HubSpot)
  • Improve pipeline quality by spotting patterns and feedback from Sales

What Success Looks Like

  • Sales accepts and acts on your leads without rework
  • High data accuracy (95%+)
  • Low “false positives” (bad leads slipping through)
  • Pipeline is focused and actionable, not bloated

  • Reliable high-speed internet
  • Strong English verbal communication skills
  • Clear and effective written communication in English for asynchronous collaboration

What We Value

  • Strong judgment on what is worth Sales time
