Mercier Consultancy MD is offering an exciting opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Agent to work in Bulgaria, with a generous signing bonus of 1500. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide high-quality support to Polish-speaking clients, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing product and service inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information, assist with issue resolution, and manage customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry developments.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Bulgaria.
