We are currently scouting for sophisticated professionals to fill the Polish Speaking Pandora Customer Experts position in Greece. This role offers an exclusive opportunity to represent a world-renowned luxury jewelry brand, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the elegance and craftsmanship associated with the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-end, personalized support to clients regarding premium jewelry collections.
- Maintain the prestige of the brand by providing professional, articulate communication in Polish.
- Assist with inquiries related to bespoke orders, luxury gift services, and premium shipping logistics.
- Resolve customer concerns with the grace and attention to detail expected in the luxury goods sector.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the sophistication and high standards of the Pandora legacy.
- Manage order processing and account management through our sophisticated internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain consistent service quality across all touchpoints.
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for the luxury goods industry.
- A refined, customer-centric mindset with a passion for high-end retail.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work in a remote environment within Greece.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or premium client relations is highly preferred.
