- Document all transportation service interactions accurately within our internal CRM systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer experience processes in the transportation industry.
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, ideally within a customer service or transportation environment.
