We are currently sourcing exceptional candidates for the Portuguese Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support to users of fitness tracking devices and wellness applications in Portuguese.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, device synchronization, and health data interpretation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Fitness & Wellness industry, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
- Identify trends in user feedback regarding wearable fitness technology to provide insights to product development teams.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current and upcoming products in the health and wellness technology landscape.
- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Proven passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and active interest in wearable technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent English proficiency to interact within our international team in Sofia.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly advantageous
