Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate AI-generated content produced for Portuguese-language social media platforms, ensuring compliance with established community guidelines and platform policies.
- Evaluate the quality, relevance, and safety of GenAI outputs across a variety of social media formats including posts, comments, captions, and multimedia descriptions.
- Identify and flag harmful, misleading, biased, or policy-violating content generated by artificial intelligence tools, applying culturally nuanced judgment relevant to Portuguese-speaking audiences.
- Provide structured, detailed feedback and annotations to support the ongoing training and refinement of generative AI models used within social media ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional quality assurance and trust and safety teams to uphold and continuously improve content moderation standards.
- Monitor emerging trends in social media content, misinformation, and AI-generated media to proactively identify new risk areas requiring moderation attention.
- Accurately document moderation decisions, maintain audit trails, and contribute to the development of internal guidelines for GenAI content evaluation.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets while maintaining composure and professionalism when handling potentially sensitive or distressing content.
- Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all content moderation tasks are conducted within Portuguese-language social media environments.
- Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory).
- A genuine interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI technologies, and the evolving landscape of social media content moderation.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to apply consistent and impartial judgment to complex content scenarios.
