Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding the setup and troubleshooting of advanced iRobot consumer electronics.
- Represent a world-class consumer electronics brand by delivering personalized solutions and ensuring exceptional user satisfaction.
- Diagnose complex software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances through phone, email, and chat support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, consistently contributing to the knowledge base for the consumer electronics support department.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and firmware updates related to the iRobot product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical queries efficiently.

- Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in consumer electronics or technical support is highly preferred.
