• Shape Project Success: Lead technical assessments and establish quality gates that prevent surprises while contributing to pre-sales evaluations that win us the right projects.

What You'll Bring

• Essential: 10+ years modernizing complex databases with deep SQL Server expertise. 
• Proven success in 2+ migration paths (SQL Server→PostgreSQL/Babelfish, Oracle→Aurora, etc.).
• Strong AWS database knowledge, enterprise leadership experience, GenAI/ML understanding, and natural mentoring abilities.
• Bonus: Oracle migrations, performance optimization, tool development, thought leadership, compliance experience.

Base Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is CAD $180,000 - $202,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation Components: In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.

This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.
