Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Director to grow and strengthen our Casual direction, starting with ownership of a live product and evolving toward building and launching new product initiatives. The role combines responsibility for live product performance, long-term stability, and preparation for future Casual growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 - Live product ownership (Clockmaker)
- Own product performance of Clockmaker, ensuring stability and sustainable improvement of key metrics
- Drive improvements in retention, monetization, engagement, and long-term product health
- Manage and evolve the LiveOps roadmap to support consistent product performance
- Ensure reliable and predictable execution of product updates in a live environment
- Use data to identify issues, prioritize improvements, and optimize product performance
Phase 2 - Preparation for new initiatives
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for new Casual product initiatives
- Contribute to hypothesis generation and early-stage validation
- Prepare product insights and foundations for future scaling or new product development
- Support transition from single-product focus to broader Casual portfolio thinking
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior product management experience in the game industry (Product Director, Head of Product, Executive Producer, or similar roles)
- Strong experience with live mobile F2P Casual games, including ownership of LiveOps-driven products
- Deep understanding of Casual economy-driven games and their market dynamics
- Successful experience building and implementing a product strategy for casual games
- Experience owning the full lifecycle of product hypotheses - from ideation and validation to launch and evaluation against benchmark performance metrics
- Experience improving and scaling existing live products through data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with product metrics
- Experience building and managing product teams, including developing senior product talent
- Ability to balance live product operations with long-term product and portfolio development
- Strong business mindset with focus on growth, profitability, and product performance impact
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Fluent in English and Russian
