  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Professional, PDS Projects in India. This role is a senior project leadership position focused on delivering complex real estate and construction projects from concept through completion. You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, defining project structures, and ensuring successful execution across design, planning, and delivery stages. The position plays a critical role in aligning client expectations with operational execution while maintaining quality, cost, and timeline objectives. You will also act as a key client-facing representative, managing relationships and ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced and delivery-driven, requiring strong coordination across technical, commercial, and regulatory dimensions. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on project management in large-scale development initiatives. It is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in complex, high-impact project environments.
  • Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, design coordination, execution, and completion phases. Build and manage project teams, defining governance structures, roles, and operational workflows. Establish project objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans to achieve successful outcomes. Oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to scope, quality standards, and financial targets. Manage stakeholder engagement, including clients, investors, authorities, and internal teams. Facilitate negotiations, approvals, and regulatory interactions throughout the project lifecycle. Drive client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business opportunities. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and stakeholder engagements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant property, engineering, construction, or related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in design, construction, and project management. Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to delivery. Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (additional language skills are a plus). Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and balance multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and drive business development opportunities.
