- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in Brazil. This is a high-impact Project Manager role focused on leading complex ERP implementation projects across international clients, primarily within North American markets. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of NetSuite-based transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The role requires strong client-facing leadership, combining technical understanding with structured project governance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to complex, evolving projects. You will play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence while continuously improving implementation practices.
- Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, work breakdown structure development, scheduling, budgeting, and change management control across ERP implementation projects. Manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring accurate project documentation, reporting, and milestone tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee multiple concurrent projects or manage full program delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders. Act as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring clear prioritization of tasks. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with developers, functional consultants, and subject matter experts to ensure successful NetSuite ERP implementations. Conduct project retrospectives and apply lessons learned to improve delivery processes and future project outcomes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. At least 3+ years of hands-on experience managing full-cycle ERP implementation projects, preferably within NetSuite environments. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and project delivery frameworks, including SuiteSuccess methodology (preferred). Experience working with distributed, international teams and managing client relationships in cross-cultural environments. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and a consistent focus on delivery quality and deadlines. PMP certification is a plus and familiarity with structured project management methodologies is highly valued.
