Role Overview
This role is focused on supporting project management activities within the Quality organization, with a strong emphasis on initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination, governance, and execution of ongoing projects.
YOU WILL
- Support project management activities within the Quality organization, particularly across Supply Chain and Logistics-focused markets
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project roadmaps, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of initiatives
- Ensure strong project governance by tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Guide key actions and deliverables to ensure timely and effective project execution
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive resolution of potential issues
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks, including:
- Updating project objectives and maintaining the master plan
- Consolidating key data and insights for internal reporting
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Support cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within project delivery
- Proven experience in project management within an international environment
- Background in Operations, Quality, Logistics, or Supply Chain (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of the organization
- Experience in coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and support decision-making
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong advantage
- Fluent English (international stakeholder environment)
